Fall Gathering Pics

Post'em up!

Had a great time. Wheeled carnage on sat and watched to wagons go through a neat experience. Sunday ran F&F and had fun but broke the rear diff. It turns out that if you get the 37" IROK's Hot and than hammer down it the lockright wont take it and I broke the center pin. Live and learn. Thanks for the ride home Matt and Jen.
Thanks to all the volunteer's and sponsors.

Great show you put on Mark!
This was a great Fall Gathering! A lot of people spent enormous
amounts of time trying to get this thing organized and I thank them!
We also need to thank our spouses who put up with us while we were stressing out during
this whole thing!
Randy, thanks for organizing the food Thursday and making sure we all
had coffee!
NEA4wdC, thanks for getting us trails to run!
We learned alot this time, and hope that we can bring you an even better event next year!
Hope we can talk a few more of you into being trail guides!
A Super big thanks to Woody, Garret, and the FJ Cruiser trail team for stepping up and leading people
on Saturday. We really could not have done it with out them.

Thanks!

Lane

Glad to hear that everything went well for the event.

I would like to follow up on what Lane mentioned above about the NEA and trails....it takes a lot of work opening up these areas as well as maintaining them every year. After enjoying these trails I hope this will motivate everyone to come out and help with development at other areas for everyone to use. Sadly the attendance for NEA maintenance days has been low from all the clubs and a direct result of this has been the temporary closure of Cemetery Hill and repeated cut cancellations at Moose Mtn in Springfield NH.

I'll also let everyone in on a little secret.....trails cuts and maintenance days are 50% work and 50% wheeling :grinpimp:

On that note there is a scheduled trail cut at Moose Mtn next weekend:

Excellent event, trails, and even better people. Thank you Dave, and everybody else who made this event happen. I will defenitly be back next year, and after talking to couple guys over the camp fire, am planning on making a trail cut session or two. :D

Thanks Scott for chiming in. We talked to everyone this year about trail cuts and how necessary it is for us all to get more involved with them. You'll see more Toyota at trail cuts next year, I promise. I also plugged the NEA4wdC hard during my on-camera interviews with Warren Miller films which is filming all the online video for the Toyota Trail Teams.

Glad everyone had a great time, I'm still "decompressing" but look forward to getting the ball rolling again in a few...weeks....months..... ;)

Here is the group picture. Email me if you want the original size it's about 1.5 meg. If there is enough demand I'll make up hard copy on photo paper and snail mail it. Thanks to everyone for the good time and friendship. Tim Korade...
