Last week I had Landcruiser Specialists in Austin do some work on my '00 100 series.

Work included:
Replace lower front ball joints (555)
Replace Front/Rear Sway Bar Links
Drain/Replace Front/Rear TCase fluid
R&R front wheel bearings
New Serpentine Belt

No more squeaking/chirping driving down the road.

Next items up:
I will replace my front/rear rotors and brake pads. Shop said they had about 50% left (pads) so when those go, I'll swap out the rotors and the pads.

Thanks for sharing. This post will be better suited at the What have you done to your 100 Series this week? thread.

BTW: Replacing the front rotors would have been almost free (no extra labor) when they were replacing the lower BJs and adjusting the wheel bearings! Now, you will need to re-adjust the front bearings when you take the hib off to replace the rotor.

Thanks. The shop said the rotors were fine so I'll worry about the fronts in a few months.

My contribution so far....

4 minutes into video when a 100 is put out for pasture, sad to see so many in the junkyard.

You just ruined my day. Thanks a lot.
Not fair how many spotless LCs there are with perfect rear hatches are in a junkyard while mine just flakes away week by week into dust.

A little video from Osceola National Forest...
