Had a relaxing camping weekend for LD but still managed to get some low key wheeling in. This is Soap Creek, near Blue Mesa Reservoir, Colorado. Beautiful area. No people.

Yeah, the Jeep pulled me out. What you can't see in the picture is a steep dune hill in front of my rig. After a couple attempts to make it up the hill, I dug big tracks into the sand until it was resting on the frame. Eh, sometimes its fun to just play around and get stuck.

haha no shame in that. The lightweight jeep with 12.50 width tires does much better on sand than the 100 series whale with 285s...
 
Bad day in the dunes is better than a good day in the office.
