CRV parked close...so it was time to compare approach angles lol CRV ftw the parking fail was my fault

Why are you fog lights pushed so far back into the bumper? Shouldn't they fit snuggly against the opening?

Here's a sunset pic I snapped when dove hunting last night. It was a good day.

The Oregon Coast

Took the family to the Oregon coast for 5 days. I feasted on fresh crab and Elk burgers at a family reunion. UMMMMMMMMGooooooooood.

The hotel lets you drive onto the beach. So i took a few poser pics. My 16 y/o proceeded to get us stuck but it wasn't his fault entirely as i had 40 psi in the tires.

No, no pics of the stuck. My 16 y/o was pretty upset with getting it stuck so i didn't want to record the event so to speak. I tried to console him that the reason he got stuck was the hard tires not his lack of momentum when he turned........

Got bored today and made a run into the Great Smokey Mountains. Hit the river with the Kayak, was wondering why everybody was in wetsuits, only to find the water was a very nice 43*F (warmest this summer). So, with my Kayak and suit on I went down. Hasn't rained in 2 months up there so water was very low, 1 mile into my 8 mile run a loud crack of thunder and down came the rain. I pulled over for 45 minutes while it poured, this turned the river into a bat-s*** crazy ride with class 3-4 rapids and some 4 foot water falls. Was quite the rush I must say. I have never been ejected from a Kayak but I did a total yard sale and floated a half mile in class 3 rapids (if you have done it, you probably never want to again), my kayak was long gone and my paddle was behind me. Water was ice cold and finally beached on a drop zone. A nice couple paddled in with my kayak and paddle in tow. I was so happy.

After that rather interesting episode I loaded the trusty 100 back up and decided I would try something not so....intense. But quickly found out it was. I climbed 5,000FT in 5.8miles, ended up at 6,400FT at a fire lookout station on some crazy FS road with quite the ledge and some of the steepest grade hills I have ever seen in my life. ABS was working full time keeping me on the road, low range first gear couldn't keep my speed down. I would redline it before I slowed down.

Ok, that was my weekend. Now I will go lay in bed and be lazy again. I have had enough for one day LOL. iPad worked out fabulous, never lost service, GPS never skipped a beat and had Pandora cranked the whole way up. Ram Mount does move a bit, but it doesn't bother me

Sounds like a very interesting and nice day. Good photos.

Sounds like a very interesting day. Did the LC get hurt in that last photo?

Don't buy wheels like those. There're plenty of places that "rent" them by the day.

Just got new NTG 305/60/18 tires installed and loving it.
