I bought the bumper around 4 years ago from Slee.
After a long summer for my 99 LC, I figured it deserved a short photo dump lol. We drove from DFW to close to Monterrey, MX where it spent the next 6 weeks with my family. Door-door, was just shy of 1800 miles. My wife/daughter used the LC in the photo shoot (even picture, 3rd from the top). It once again was a great vehicle as a family hauler. I baselined it slowly after I got it in 2017 with 243K, was 1-owner, Texas truck and all maintenance records from Toyota dealer. With 305K now, I just keep up with typical maintenance, oil changes, brakes.
A chaotic first day with my new to me LX470
Drove from Fort Worth to pick it up in Austin. Previous owner had last replaced the tires in 2018, but they installed tires from 2015, so the tires on it were bald and dry rotted to hell. I bought a used set of takeoff Falken Wildpeak AT3Wa from a ‘25 Tacoma and put them in my buddy’s truck bed to take them down there.
Stopped by Toyota of Cedar Park to get the tires installed and alignment checked. They did the PPI on it and had the pleasure of speaking to a Daniel, a service advisor and LC enthusiast.
The original window tint on the drivers door was peeling off and obstructed my view of the rear view mirror. Stopped by Shade Shop in south Lamar and got Xpel Prime XR all around
Caught a workout downtown then got dinner with friends at Terry Black’s before heading home
Realized halfway back that the damn headlights don’t work. Some of you may have seen my SOS message typed up from Costco in Georgetown

How she sits now. I’ve already diagnosed and fixed a faulty drivers seat control switch and I’m replacing the headlight bulbs either Sylvania Basics tomorrow.
Bummer that the PPI did not catch the headlights.
I was told that they checked “all of the electronics” and the buyer told me he had driven the truck the night before I picked it up and didn’t notice anything. I’m inclined to believe him, crazy timing
