View attachment 3441445she cleared everything I threw at her without issue. the conundrum of wether or not to put front and rear armor continues :meh:

Sliders and skids first make a lot of sense. However, if you're in deer country front armor like an ARB with full bar is a good idea. One animal strike and your LC could be off the the scrap heap! 🫣

My favorite pic of my LX (and one of the last before the radiator/alternator left the chat), credit goes to @theglobb

Well friends, if you were ever wanting to take your 100 series on a buggy trail, just know it is possible and it will get you out the other end! (Abet about a mile and a half before the official “end” of the trail)

Here’s just a couple of shots of our most recent adventure out to Northern Cali for the TLCA Rubithon, as well as going out to play on Fordyce Trail with the @Dissent crew and Zachary Deihl.

I’ll do a more in-depth few posts on my build thread here soon, it’s been a crazy few weeks and haven’t been able to sit down at the computer!

We did a few water crossings including one that was around 200 metres long, water lapping over the hood. Drove around a fair bit more that day then when we were in a fairly isolated spot the Cruiser wouldn't start. Tried jumping the starter relay then jumping directly to starter motor but no go so had to pull it out. It was 42 degrees and lots of red dust everywhere. Had to remove bashplates to get to it as well. Needless to say I was fairly filthy and sweaty but managed to get it working again and reinstalled it. The diesel fired up. Happy days. I usually don't turn it off when I'm out and about but you can't keep it running all the time!

Nice rig. Where in the eastern sierras is this? Was this photo taken recently? I’m thinking of taking my fam up there to view the fall colors.
Taken the day I posted, yesterday. This north lake, Lake Sabrina is beautiful. Going to convict lake today. Mono county has an Instagram page that tells you where some of the best fall colors are up by mono lake. Have a good time with your family.

Garden of Gods, Colorado Springs - the most beautiful city park I have ever been to!
