I'm relieved to finally be able to say, I've found a new 100 series!! This (if the picture uploads) is our new-to-us '99 LX. It's pretty much stock, other than the brush guards. It's our second one after a deer decided it didn't like our former LX in November (after we'd JUST bought it in June). There's a few minor issues to fix, and a few minor issues to love. I can't wait to have some adventures with it and be able to post more pictures than the one I took at one of the (many) gas stations we visited bringing it back from Dallas where we bought it.

Ditch the bush guard and get an ARB bull bar front bumper. The next deer will be sorry when it cross paths with you.

1999 LX470 River Rock Mica, 161,000 miles

Right??? It's almost a necessity up here in the fall.

Big Bend Ranch State park. We were out there a few weeks ago. 4 days in the park I think we saw less than 12 vehicles total and they were all on the "main" park road where the javelina is crossing. Once we turned off the main road we never saw another vehicle. This is the interior of the park not the section on the Rio Grande

Canoes belong in the water but they look pretty damn cool on a LandCruiser!

Almost tore off my rear mud flap in Borrego Springs, CA. The flap and bumper was quite flexible this time around ;) Sliders also came in very handy from trail damage. Both sides will need touching up along the entire bottoms. The rain storms have washed out completely the upper trail section of RockHouse Canyon, kinda bummed!!

Extra points for being the original owner!!!

A lot of people - especially in today’s leasing world will never be able to see their car roll 200k miles.

Kudos to you for having $60k in 2003 to buy this puppy!!!
