The end of my exhaust just broke off.

My exhaust has two mufflers. A big one in the middle and a smaller one at the tail end. The smaller one has just broken off after a log jumped up and bit it. The rest of the exhaust is good. need I worry? Is there an issue with back pressure or anything like that. The exhaust is not noticably louder.

On a deisel, every diesel, bigger and free flowing is always better. No exceptions. I would replace the first "muffler" with just a standard straight peice of pipe...

You have nothing to worry about except for fumes
