Making Sunday morning my regular weigh in day.... GREAT results this week, From 381 on Monday to 371.2 this morning.

-9.8 lbs. :)

Obviously I can't expect to see these results every week but I'm really psyched about the strong start. My body is adjusting well to the (much) lower daily calorie intake and the whole family is on board with healthy eating and small portions.

Step by step, day by day.

Good job Dave, going to the meetings too?

Hit my personal best yesterday. According to my body fat analyzer scale. Im at 19.6% BF. howvering between 189 with a low of 184 last week. Not sure how accurate those things are though. I'd like to get an actual measurement by someone who knows how to use the calipers. Anyone know how to do it?

I lost nothing week 2, then 4 lbs week 3. Haven't weighed in a while, trying not to get hung up on weighing on a certain arbitrary day each week. Just weighing every few days to make sure things are progressing or stable and taking note of the weight every so often in my goal tracker.

Still tracking my food and calorie intake daily, no other way for me to stay on track. So far so good.

Working from home, for myself, starting next week means I will have time to exercise each day, a welcome "quality of life" upgrade for sure. :)

I hit my lightest weight today in 12 years. I'm pretty psyched. 9lbs more to go and I'll be where I wanna be.

Gearing up for the 50 mile bike ride with Randy is helping.

Try minute rice brown rice ready serve? Great snack/light meal. Heats in a minute. Tastes good too!

Well I weighed in this morning at 256lbs, lightest I've been in years.

:cheers::beer: to gall bladder surgery
