Unfortunately the spare tire carrier which is 1/75-8/76 is missing the latch and catch, both of which are NLA. Could have those parts but do not see them in the picture. My 68 has those Warn locking hubs. Almost indestructible. Problem is they are not spring loaded and splines has to line up to lock. That's harder to do with coarse splines on drum brake axles. Not the easiest thing to do if you already stuck.
If anyone want to rescue a FJ40 from Colorado this looks interesting:
