Almost half tempted to part out the 45 and try to pick up this.

I'm considering this for a couple of reasons.
1. We are going to be moving in the next year and I need to put the 45 in storage so we can put the house up for sale so I don't have a ton of cruiser parts laying around.
2. A 40 would probably suit the family better with the two kids.
3. I would be able to drive it sooner.
4. I just don't have the time to devote to this both my projects at the moment.
I'm just wondering if I'll see enough cash out of the 45 to even close to this.
