Private Property Run coming up. Not as brutal overall as Gretchen's, but still fun. You can wheel a lot of it on 33/35's if you have at least one locker because there are go rounds. But, there are plenty of challenging obstacles for the hard core guys. Ask Martin.

If it was new owners maybe its different. We stayed and there were not locks on the room doors. Had a 10 year old kid bust into our room like it was his own. If it was 10 minutes earlier he would have gotten a little education on the birds and the bees. Has to have been over 5 years ago and knew nothing of wheeling there back then as we stayed to go snow boarding at Sunapee. The food was crummy. It was run by a hippy and two lesbiens back then.
