so true they are amazing on hot pavement but in snow the traction control is useless i had my friends 5 series stuck on flat ground with a half inch of snow in his driveway once

problem was the car would not let the tires spin would maybe spin a half an inch and break half in and break repeatthe carola they had next to it with balding tires did fine
may have been something wrong with the traction control but the car was only 6 mo. old
