the park is just 9 miles south of the interstate up there in Cookeville... it irritates me that no matter which way i put it in, the fastest way is that crappy two-lane road from Chattanooga... It tempts me to go up to Nashville then cut over. To me, it's like taking the interstate to bham versus 280. I can make up alot of time going the interstate...

That two lane has a lot of hills. Nice views, but I'm
not sure how I would feel about towing.

Please give me more information on this. Even via FB would be great Eric on what you do...esp if you go the scenic route. We are on VACATION and we are all for the veiw so we will probably go the straight up route. That and we are not really in a hurry. We are pulling a 18' camper (plus bumper so bout 21').

But is it really bad? I can do mts.....we call them hills out west :p but if it is really pot holey and s*** maintained I might think otherwise.

Minus throwing it all in the camper when we pick it up tomorrow we are all ready to go. Still thinking we will roll in around 2000 hours.

From what I remember a diesel 250 and trailer breaks should be fine. Not potholey and not gorge narrow. Alot of two lanes up one lane down.

Thank you,

Well we will see how the old 7.3L F-250 does then. She has been giving me a lot of grief lately and this is her big test after all of the love and MONEY I've been dumping into her.

See you all tomorrow.

I'm sure a 7.3 F250 will be fine.

I'm headed that way early tomorrow AM...work got in the way on anything else under consideration.

Did anyone notice a ARB labeled folding chair at the main pavilion? It belongs to Ben from MaxTrax. I thought I saw it Saturday night, but didn't notice it Sunday when we walked through the pavilion one more time. PM me if you know of its whereabouts.
Thanks.
