I put terra flex shackles on my 40 with 4 inch lift. Looking for longer shocks to rage advantage of new flex. But am totally stumped. I could fab a drop shocks mount but correct length shock makes more sense to me. Any help would be appreciated

Drop shock mount just means that the shock will bottom out sooner. In order to gain more travel you have to figure out how to fit longer shocks at full compression. This will require custom mounts.
The front is easy you can use new shock hoops or ford shock towers to fit longer shocks. The rear is harder to fit longer shocks without going through the bed.

I can't find longer shocks even. Any idea on how to get 2 inch longer than what I have?

I have room at full compression
Figure out the eye to eye distance you need at full compression and at full extension. Then, either go online or call up your favorite shock manufacturer and tell them what you need. They will give you the part number that corresponds. That is the only way to get properly fitting shocks on a custom set up.
