Download from VXdiag. Works great w 32 or 64 bit. They use a hacked exe file to bypass the key. It may trigger antivirus on your PC, bit the "virus" is the hacked portion of the exe file that allows key bypass...

Used it for years on my main laptop before retiring that same laptop to be my techstream only pc.

I found the XP virtual image I used before and reloaded that

Do the VXdiag versions work in Windows 11? I may try that and see... in the interim I got it going again and got the data that I needed out of the truck.
