Have you been to "the strand" by seaworld? Any good there? I think I found an entrance this weekend but i was in the GF's civic.
I was at Gandy friday hoping to see someone. Never been out there, FHP kindly told us they close the beach at 9PM

Is this a publically accessible area? If not, we could run afoul of trespassing laws, some of which "could" be felonies depending on the location, circumstances, etc.

I'll have to go look, but the last time I checked, it was a PUBLIC beach, and I didn't see signs posted regarding "open hours."
Where were you exactly on Gandy? I'll go by later and check for signage.

Yeah, the Seaworld area is sketchy. I've also heard stories of folks having their entire rigs stuck and destroyed by the mud, with no recourse to get it out legally... since you're not supposed to be there in the first place...
But that being said, it's still alive from what I understand. Nothing huge, but a fairly good plot of land.

That's what I am concerned about.
I've worked a couple of cases where people were arrested for trespassing (mostly off roaders
) because the accessed the property through a downed fence line or other unauthorized access point.
In some cases, it can be a felony. Just depends on the location and some other matters.

Doin' my damnedest, but long hours and high stress are not helping things!
Who has Sunday off, and would want to meet somewhere for the day in early January, or maybe the last day in December? I'm not particular to the location, but central Florida is probably ideal.
I'm in if work doesn't get the best of me.
Cool. May be one of my last Sundays off for a while, and even though the truck isn't where I want it yet, I still want to run hard so I can get it out if my system.
