tail and stop lamp?

My instruction manual shoes one stop lamp which is the tail lamp, with seperate filaments which also light the licence light. The right and left turn signal lamps, are only that. Turn signal lamps. Could someone post a photo of their combo brake/tail/licence light which is mounted on TOP of the licence plate.My manual does ilistrate the oval hood emblem (no T-bird) and TOYOTA emblem on the apron. LH drive and no apron vent. Could this wiring diagram be for non USA?

That style and wiring diagram was always shown in the instruction manual and parts book. The last parts book does not even show the license lamp and bracket in the "show me your rear end" thread. I'm not sure if it was a non-US thing, or if they just never bothered to change the illustrations.
