I've seen an early 90's fzj80 in fair condition (and I mean borderline poor condition...dirty in my eyes) with a jdm diesel swap get drooled over and picked up fairly quick, here on mud for $24k. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets it...I'd buy this for this price before I'd buy a new one off the lot.
