I thought I’d share the fridge slide I just finished. It starts with a 2” angle iron frame and has 6 ft drawer slides. The pics show the rest.

The sub frame is angle iron and 2” channel welded together to suit, they can be had at any metal supply shop. It ended up being really heavy but also very strong. The ply wood, formica, regular drawer slides and hardware came from the local Rona (Home Depot). The only thing I had to really ‘source’ was the 60” pull out slides which I got from here:
