I really hope someone can help me out or has done this before.

I have a great home build trailer (pic below, without its top) that I pulled behind my Jeep, I ordered the rear axle with 5 x 5 bolt pattern to match the JK hub and used spacers to mount AEV wheels. Well now I have sold the JK and switched to a GX470, but I am not getting rid of the trailer.

So the problem comes to the hub of the trailer, it is a dexter axle with a hub that uses a dexter hub with inner bearing (L68149) and race, outer bearing (L44649) and race. Now I can get a 6 x 5.5 or 6 x 139.7mm hub that uses the same bearings, but the studs are 1/2 x 20 thread and I need 12 x 1.5mm thread studs. I am using 2015 4Runner SR5 wheels (pic below) and they use a mag wheel nut (pic below). the wheels have a .725 nut opening and I can only find a .685 or .740 mag nut for a 1/2 x 20 thread.

So does anyone know of a fix, could I replace the wheel studs on the hub? is there a toyota hub of some type that might fit? is there a spacer to go from 5 x 5 to 6 x 5.5 and 12 x 139.7mm studs?

found the spacers need, right after posting this

I went with the Dexter 5 x 6.5 hub and just added Spidertrax...going from lug centric to hub centric. Are those SR5 wheels?

They're going to push your wheels out another 1-1/4" ...so unless the offset in the wheel is different, your wheels will stick out more.

Boxrocket added some pretty snazzy fender flares to his trailer...they look OEM and solve the wheel coverage crisis.

thanks guys, I used 1.5" spacer on the trailer axle, it allow me to mount the AEV wheels.
I just did a quick placement and they will be at the edge of the fender, but still under it, I think.
