Are these available state-side? It'd be great to hear there are more players in the aftermarket accessories market for us 200 owners!

After the favorable exchange rate and shipping cost the come to $1750 USD. I'm going to sleep on it, seems like a lot but I really like the way they look.

Strictly from a functional standpoint, I'd much rather have slider that protrude farther out. After all... Many rocks are sloped in odd ways, and the fact that this slider would ONLY protect against obstacles with high-points no higher than that tiny, 2 inch protrusion seems of limited benefit. With a more prominent slider, I would think you'd have much better protection from a wide variety of stumps, boulders, etc. Just seems like you are far more likely to lean into lower obstacles as your tires drop into a rut or etc.

Others here may disagree...

Sheesh; they are proud of them, aren't they?

$1300, before international shipping....

They sure don't stick out much do they

I like mine sticking out more than normal.

I have to agree with you on protruding further out for all the same reasons and for another reason...idiots who open their doors without caution. I enjoyed the look on the face of a guy who let his door swing into my sliders on my 100, to his surprise he had a big dent in his door. Looking to add sliders to my 200 once I upgrade the suspension.

Here is YouTube link for them.

depending on how far that skid plate coming off of the sliders goes back into the belly of the rig it may cover up your access point to the KDSS valves, not that you would be messing around with those very often but that's something to think about depending on how you stage your build.
thanks

Looking at the video, it appears that they stick out a bit farther than they originally appeared.

He also made the same point many of us have commented on...namely the need to extend outward enough to protect sides from vertical objects.

I was surprised he referred to the basic LC running boards as "sliders." Surely Toyota never intended them as protection. They are merely steps...not sliders that protect from anything, save perhaps a bouncing gravel stone here and there...

I don't mean to pick on these, but from the video, the thickness didn't seem particularly robust. Hard to tell. I know that the Slee sliders I had on my 100 were SUPER strong. Hard to tell on these.

Mick from Superior actually said right at the start the OE step was not a slider & only a step to help get into vehicle.
Superior build quality products & 4mm plate is probably a good compromise between weight & strength. We have 5mm plate available in Australia & if I had to be a little critical I probably would choose 5mm.

I still like Slee's better. Cheaper and they are much more robust: you couldn't so casually flip them around like that guy did in the video with his (unless, of course, you were built like a land cruiser).
