I have the slee relocation kit that relocates the windshield washer reservoir to the passenger side near firewall. Did this when installing my 2nd battery on passenger side. I am finishing up my supercharger install and am wondering if the stock unit will fit there? OR will I need to find something custom? wondering what others have done?

Various options exist. I used a toyota corolla bottle and my own brackets. I have writeups on my website -> see signature.

You can 'pull' the stock washer pump/motor from the 80 washer bottle and 'push' it into the corolla bottle/grommet. Other use various 'bag' solutions etc etc.

Search would find you more info...

cheers,
george.

Only bad thing about the driver side lit is them you can't reach the oil filter and tranny dip stick. Just worked on one last week. Much prefer the Slee bracket for the passenger side. John

It sure is snug but it all fits...dual batteries, slee relocation/oem washer battle...

I don't remember which hoses exactly but I did end up trimming a couple to help fitment. It also helps a lot to have the hoses sit in the sun to make them more pliable prior to installation.

I think that os something different. Mine is fine and no access issues.

yes but you don't have a supercharger, correct? so I am correct in understanding that WITH a supercharger the slee relocation bottle will not fit in that corner? I tried and it seems no way. I will research and do the corrolla water bottle later.

Does not fit

Corolla bottle would not fit in my truck. I tried but the brake line is in the way so it sits too high. 95-97 might be different. I went to the wrecking yard and got a few bottles from random toy vehicles and modified the slee bracket to hold the one that fit best. All Toyotas seems to use the same pump assembly.

Brake line on the '97 is the coiled under there - easy enough to 'nudge' it out of the way if it is an issue.

cheers,
george.

Mark, it appears that you are unable to use two of the air cleaner housing clips that hold the outside edge of the top down...not that you'd be able to flip them up/down to remove the top anyway.

My vote is the 1991-92 FJ80 setup that bolts onto US DS. Plenty of this stuff floating around used and I believe you can actually get them new as well.
