Suggestions on where to find interior door panel trim?

As the title states I'm looking for the driver's door panel interior trim piece. I've had no luck on eBay as the only ones I see are for 2002 and up. I have a 2000 LX. Toyota doesn't make them anymore so locating one is proving difficult. Mine is very tired looking and in need of replacement. Any suggestions?

Yeah my bad. That would probably help. Here's a picture of what I need. I'd like the entire panel and all trim pieces if possible. My driver's door is the only one that's worn out.
