I had M55's on the original wheels, but really like the extra height I get from the 265 75 R16 Wrangler Duratrac tires. I'd really like to keep the original steel wheels (was planning to blast and powder coat them.) I want the same height tires on my 15" rims. Recently relocated to snow country, and need them studdable. Spoiled, and want an E rating. Suggestions?

I currently have 16" Tacoma Steel wheels with 1" spacers and the Duratracs......somehow, I ended up snapping off 3/6 studs on one of my rear wheels.....highway and pothole driving...nothing severe. Not sure driving with the spacers is going to prove trustworthy....dang! I really like how the wheels tuck back into the fenders.

I have a set that came with my parts 62 that look like they had very few miles on them. I’ll take a look at the size and brand this afternoon but they are definitely 15” and mounted on the stock wheels

Thinking Wrangler Duratrac 31 x 10.5 x 15.
These'll give the same fit I've got now, with the 265's. (Actually have a little space to install chains.)
These are also studdable......... Really want the 10 ply though....they're available in the 16's...10 ply in M55's too at 16"....really want to keep the original wheels, but a lot more available at 16" vs 15"...

Maybe I sacrifice, and move up to 16's.

Perhaps my head scratching will help somebody else. LOL

Peace out.
