Could you tell me which version this is? There are two different ones on the nitto site and they seem to think neither is compatible with the LC which I know is bs.

Winter: Nokian Hakkapelitta 9SUV 285/60R18 on Tundra wheels, I just switched to the Hakka 9 this winter as I had the Hakka 7 SUV in the same size for the 5 winters prior
Summer: BFG AT TA KO2 LT275/55R20 on my stock 2013 LX570 wheels.
Hope this helps.

I had Toyo ATs on my white Cruiser up until Jan this year when I swapped out the Toyo's for Cooper Zenon LTZ's.
I had the Coopers on my 17 Armada and compared them both over this past winter, the Coopers were much better in wet, snow, ice conditions.
The Coopers are quieter too.

I agree the factory tires are crap. All about fuel mileage and sound levels as well as speed ratings etc.

I already have another set of the Coopers already on the way for the 18 Cruiser.

th
How are you liking the Cooper LTZ-
Curious what kind of mileage are you expecting out of them? I’ve seen reviews from 20k to 70k its all over. Since these are XL rated and not E rated tires are you satisfied with carcass stiffness for light offroad and general drivability?

Im eyeballing a LX570 as my DD and will upgrade the rubber in short order. It wont see much more than some forest roads or sandy two track (keeping my built 100 for more fun stuff). Want to keep the 20’s and dont want a full AT like Maxx or K02.

305/50-20 is the target size. Wondering If the extra inch of width create a rub....

I have been really happy with the Cooper LTZ's so far, I now have them on both LCs , my 17' Armada and my 16' Diesel Colorado .
Much smoother and quieter then the Toyo's I was running. I also have some Cooper LT305/65/18s AT3 XLTs E rated coming for my 2500 RAM Cummins. I am really happy with the Cooper quality ride and performance so far.
I don't really know what the tread wear is going to be like yet, I have no doubt they will be far better then the OEM Dunflop tires. They also perform in rain much better then the Toyo's. The ride on the LC is pretty good, maybe not quite as smooth as the OEM highway tires, not far off.

You have an impressive fleet of vehicles; the Diesel Colorado is of special interest to me. Anyway, thanks for your input. Helps confirm my thoughts on the Coopers. Thank you.

Seems like I need to stop by Town Fair Tire today (second day of ownership) to get some BFG ATs.
