For those interested ...

The local elevator left there scales turned on while they were away. 3/4 tank of fuel, subtract 200lbs for driver and maybe an additional 60lbs for a slightly larger heavier tire than stock. That puts a stock one at right around 4800-4900lbs street weight.

Curb weight is supposed to be 4,871lbs so that's about spot on!

I'd really like to weigh mine and see what tires/suspension have added.

Essentially same as mine! For those looking to weigh their vehicle and who may not have a local elevator with a vehicle scale, I've found that recycling centers often use vehicle scales at their entry/exit. I roll over my local collection center scales every few weeks when recycling cardboard, glass bottles, used motor oil, etc. I was initially shocked that the GX weighed over 1000 lbs more than my 2001 4Runner!

I just weighed mine w/ driver 260lb, wife 120lb, two kids 90lb, dog 60lbs, full tank of gas, 110lbs fire wood, 65lb canoe, and misc tools. Came in at 5,800lbs. We're only 300lbs away from max payload and our camper has a 350lb tongue weight dry. The camper weighted in at 5100lbs loaded w/ gear and 20 gallons of H20.

Looks like the wife and dog are going to have to start riding in the camper.

Just went to the dump the other day and mine weighed in at 5,060 lbs with a 200lb driver. The only mod I have that might change the weight would aftermarket sliders.
