I did the torsion bar adjustment (.55") so soon after buying my 100 (2006) that I don't know if the adjustment caused this. But if I'm making a U-turn, driving around a cul-de-sac, etc. and let the wheel go, it will go to or stay at full lock. It's not a big deal - not really a safety concern at 3 mph.

Just wondering if that tiny change in the caster is causing it? Can it be adjusted back to factory spec? Or, is it just a characteristic of the 100?

Sounds normal. As I get close to full lock it tends to want to stay, especially with power. It's just the dynamic of a full time 4wd system and the lifted geometry.

When I get close to full lock the wheel will actually turn itself to full lock. Mine does return to center without issue. Why don't we meet up for a few beers and do some circles in the driveway and compare. Then our neighbors will really think we are crazy.
