Kinda funny cause I already have one.

So here is the plan so far.

Congrats on a rad truck!

The Vintiques don't balance that easily and are pretty heavy. The 16" steel rim from Toyota is higher quality (42601-60262-03)....but expensive. The City Racer 16" are excellent quality but even more expensive.
Several 70's are running around on Tacoma steel rims with success as well.

If those white alloys are Bradley V's from Japan you should consider running them. Very strong and light.

Has anyone tried 42611-60200 which is a wider rim than 42601-60262-03?

lol...I totally overlooked that part. Thank you Beno.

Totally a very cool find Matt. And stored now in my databanks... :) I have a number of clients with 5 lug 7x series and they have often asked for steel wheels. These work great.

If they want to run 5 lug split rims let me know, I have plenty new take offs of those in Europe complete with new tires on them

I bought that Troopy in your link. Removed the Vintiques and went with the factory 70 series steel wheels and had them powder coated black.

The truck is in my possession!

The Bradley V wheels are growing on me so I do plan to keep those and maybe spray them a different color down the road.

I tested everything I could yesterday and did find that the overdrive button isn't currently doing anything.

I hit the button going around 100km/h and no light on the dash appeared. My manual for the truck comes today so maybe I am doing something wrong or it might be a solenoid.

Glad you got your HZJ77. Pretty soon all your other rides will feel neglected as you always drive the HZJ77.

ordered, thanks!

Here are some quick images of the new truck.

note its in NC not Texas.

Question, I should be able to throw in the 285/75R16 tires before adding the lift correct? Or should I try and do that at the same time.
