You cannot ask for anything more (to reminisce that old toyota ad!). I just wanted those who might not know, to know! Again, absolutely no offense to anyone, I'm just trying to help all of us. HTH.

Especially sorry if I spoke up and offended TX, I hoped not to.
Still, I stand by my words; you provide almost perfect service, and you are only human which means from time to time you might fawk up, AND, it means from time to time you might have too much to do to respond right away. Again sorry I spoke up, bad timing but good message, I hope!

Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Dan...I wasn't gonig to say anything!!! Oh well...it really isn't a big deal. I mean think about the HUNDREDS of orders he does, JUST for Ih8mud guys...he is amazing!!
I will also say this...when I discovered the problem, first off he (Dan) is MORE than taking care of it...and second, I took my invoice to my local Toyota stealership/parts window and asked the guy if they happened to have the correct starter contact. He says, well I don't stock those, so I would have to order it. So for grins I asked the 'tard how much the ONE starter contact was....Ummm $15.88. I then showed him my invoice from Dan which has the LIST price of $11.89 and then "my" price of $8.92....that is almost 50% cheaper than local...oh and NO TAX!! You CANNOT BEAT DAN and AMERICAN TOYOTA FOR OEM PARTS. PERIOD.
BTW...No offense taken...
