y'all get the brake pedal sorted out?

We put a GM master cyl on it but still don't have real good pedal. Maybe another 4 qts of brake fluid needs to be run thru it. Or maybe it needs to be shot with a shot gun! Hope it fixed itself last night as we slept..

Out of curiosity, did you use a new master cylinder or a reman? I went through 3 remans on my old Chevy truck before I said f it and bought a new one. The remans were bypassing internally and the pedal stayed spongy.

Not sure what he bought...

Here are a few more. The Reid knuckles with double shear set up is really sweet. I so wish I would have gone this route on my 40!

We flexed it out to see if anything was binding and if the steering would hit the springs. So far everything looks good, driveshafts, shocks, and steering.

I drives pretty dang good...I'm surprised.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention fergie came down today and helped me finish her up! Thanks! Also thanks to JT, CT and Lash for there help also. But a BIG thank you to Bodean!....he helped me a TON on this! Just about every time I was in the shop so was he!! Thanks bro! And as always the phone support from Bossman and Georg thanks guys!

And just a plug here. I know that PSC is higher than most other companies on power steering components. But, they are great! There has not been one time that something has been out of stock or backordered. There has not been one time that someone doesn't answer the phone. The support you get on install is spot on. The best part is they usually ship the same day. Great company! Can't say enough about them.

My involvement with this project was minimal at best. Wish I could have been more help, brother.

Loved helping! We learn something every time bro. BTW, the beer fridge is almost empty...

Rectifying the refrigerator problem today!
