Is this the only steering wheel that would be on an 83 SR5?

Yup. "Urethane covered 3-spoke padded steering wheel". Standard on SR5.

Yes, I believe that to be accurate and correct not cheap, there was some varying in the center cap, I think by year or 2wd/4wd? Also available in both brown/tan and black.
