Hi and Happy New Year. The brakes on my 2004 LC 100 are very squeaky. They have plenty of pad life left (well over 50%) and last time I did the brakes, I did both the pads and the rotors. It's time for new tires all around. Is there anything I should have the tire shop do while they've got the wheels off to try to stop the squeak.

There can be several reasons for squeaky brakes. (glazing on rotors, cheap pads, improper break-in)
First, what type of pads are installed? Did you go cheap? Are you running ceramic or semi-metallic?
When the pads and rotors were installed, was all of the hardware installed on the pads (e.g. the isolation plate on the pad)? Was there a break (no pun intended) done with the new pads and rotors?
Finally are all of the surfaces that the pads run on clean and with sufficient brake grease applied?
To resolve the issue, you might want to consider a quality brake pad (Toyota), you can have the rotors re-surfaced, and have the brake components cleaned up and properly serviced.
