Springs to go with Bilstiens? (1 Viewer)

OK.
I've decided that Bilstien is the way to go for me. 5100's. It's not sexy but for an everyday driver that will do some weekend warrior-ing on a budget, it makes sense.

But my2012 4runner is @ 180k on the original springs so it seems like I should replace them too.

Need suggestions and advice on what pairs good with the 5100's.

I will be lifting it in the front to take most of the rake out.

I'm running those shocks with OME medium springs. 3" lift with that combo, rides nicely.
