Spokane to Portland for the OME Install

Who is the MUD member that drove from Spokane over to Portland and had Willamette Blvd. Auto install the OME on the 62? I went by the shop today and Larry Harper said you came over after reading one of my posts. Said you were real happy with the results.

Great guys (Larry and Josh Harper). If your in the Portland area they do very good work. They know cruisers front to back.

I moved here from Arkansas with both of my cruisers in '01. It took me about 3 years to find these guys and I can tell you that I will not use ANYONE else in Portland to work on my cars. I'm sure that there are other good mechanics in town but these guys; Larry (Dad) and Josh (son) are the real deal. No kidding. One of the really good things about this is that they have two or three parts cars laying around and Larry has been working on cruisers for a bunch of years and doesn't throw anything away.

I hope you find this story interesting but I was driving by and there was a real faded sign that said "Landcruiser Service" out front. You could barely read it. I stopped and met Larry and he said that he had to start working on other cars because Landcruisers didn't need repair often enough.

Nat...stop by and talk to them the next time your that way. Great guys to know.

yeah, I think I bought my extra set of doors (for my half doors) from Josh when he was in the St. Helens area? If it is... I'd recommend the shop too. Josh is a good dude and just recently went wheelin with him up to goat mtn and had a blast.
