I have searched for Split Rim tools and have not really come up with much. I have watched videos showing across the rim clamp/bead pushers, etc.
Did Toyota have these in tool kits issued with trucks sold with Splits? If so, anyone know of any available?
Anyone know of good ones to fit the 16" splits available on the net?

It is expensive, but order one of these:

Adjustable to multiple tire sizes, so you can use it anywhere. that and a couple of cheap Tire irons/levers from Harbor Frieght, and a small bottle of WD-40, and you will be in business. Practice some at home before you need to do it in real life. It is really easy, but takes some finesse & you don't want to spend 4 hours in the woods the first time trying it, screaming & yelling.
best,
Abe

My wheel/tire repair kit includes the following:

-An hour ago I used this to break the bead on my split rims and the Bead Buster worked like a champ! Less expensive and smaller than Tyrepliers too. BeadBuster XB-451
-Patches
-Two Ken tool tire bars 24" long IIRC
-Logging chain with two safety hooks to make a figure-8 through the center of the rim and around the tires while inflating
-5 lb sledge to bang it all together in assembly when I have 10psi in the tire
-a tire inflater with a longer extension to fill it up from a distance

You can use a tire sledge to break beads on split rims. Years ago changed many many 100s on trucks. Smaller and cheaper than any other bead breaking tools.

Of course my handle is wood and cut to almost 1/2 length. I use it on normal tubeless rims too. Just have to be careful how you hit them
