For comparison, lug nut torque for steel wheels on a 100-series or Tundra is 154 ft-lbs.

Torque for alloy wheels is much less, of course, at 97 ft-lbs.

Also, the wheel lugs are pressed into the hub, not the rotors. The rotors are attached to the hub via their own bolts:
