Spark plug tube seal

Good evening!

I have tried searching for my question, but haven't found anything 100/LX470 specific. I'm in the process of replacing the valve cover gaskets in my LX and am wondering about the spark plug tube seals. Do you bend the four little tabs out of the way to press out the seals? They're old and brittle and don't think there is much hope of getting them around the tabs. Also, does anyone know a good spot to get replacement valve cover bolts? Figured I'd replace them too since I'll have them out.

Just did these last week. I bent the tabs out of the way first. I had to grind mine out in two places to remove it. Needless to say I only did one.

Spark Plug Tube Seals - Anybody Replaced These?

Definetly replace your valve cover bolts as the seating gaskets become brittle and won't seal.
