Here is my situation. 2013 LX570
I switched to Rock Warrior wheels but only have 4.
Running 285/70/17 BFG KO3's

I am in the final days before a trip out west and need to get my spare tire situation figured out.
What is the cheapest 17" wheel with the right offset that I can buy to use as a spare in the stock spot? I already have a spare 285/70/17 BFG tire.

I am not aware of many other 50mm offset 17" wheels out there. You could always use an 18" from a 2016+ cruiser that has the 56mm offset and run a LT285/65R18. Essentially the same size, within a couple tenths of an inch in size.

Another option is to search the discount/sale wheels on Tire rack. Plug in Tundra specs to get them to filter correctly. The 17" OZ Rally Raid and Alpha Equipt wheels with the 30mm and 35mm offset would also work and are on sale at a good price. I am happy with the Alpha wheels on my 200.

Well you can just get the cheapest 17“ steely with the right offset and weight load. They shouldn’t be above 100$….

For your trip, forget 17" (unless you can get your hands on a RW quickly) and get any old tundra 18" craigslist takeoff to run as a spare. As long as the tire diameter matches pretty closely you'll be fine. 285/65r18 would match what you've got. Pretty much the only wheel that matches a RW is a RW. Aftermarket doesn't have offsets even in the same ballpark unless you're getting something custom or very expensive.

Long term, getting a 5th RW is the solution if you want a matching spare. Or you can just run a mis-matched spare and do a 4-tire rotation long term. The spare won't match perfectly as the other 4 wear down, but it'll be close enough to serve temporary duty if you're not OCD.
