My hoses are all ancient and splitting on the ends. Where can I find replacements? Rock auto doesn't carry all of them and I'm not sure, can I just replace them with straight hose if I can't find the molded ones? I'm concerned about causing pinch points.

Put in your VIN, search their catalog to find part numbers. They are in Dubai. You can buy them there, or make note and buy them anywhere else (your dealer or another Toyota parts website). I've gotten my Partsouq orders in as little as a few days before.

What hoses, cooling , vacuum , both?

Most of the vac lines can be snipped back an inch or so and re-connected but some are cheap enough that it's worth just replacing.

I suspect you could also just use standard hose if you find the proper I.D and use enough length to not create and pinch points but there are a few different I.D sizes under our hood. Some are even bigger one one end of the line than the other ( I think my PS vac line was like this )

All of 'em eventually, but I was going to do the vacuum hoses first since it's less messy. The coolant hoses seem a bit easier to find.
