I’m thinking it’s rhe 3rd brake light somehow because the seals seem fine, has anyone had water build up in this area?

The seal around the rear glass was leaking on mine. Check to see if the rubber around the glass is loose. It should be glued on. If that's the problem, I fixed it with glass weather stripping adhesive from the auto parts store.

Definitely pull the third brake light and rear tailight. You will be able to see if the foam has degraded. If it has, you can make your own as needed.
Third brake lite is very common area, pretty easy fix. Also, check your sunroof drains, if the rig is parked on an incline those can leak and the water can travel back to the rear, if it is the sunroof drain you may find wetness near the rear HVAC roof controls.
Rear glass seal for me... thought it was the rear light too. Hosed it all real good and climbed inside and could see it trickling down the plastic trim on the lower door. Just took some clear silicon caulk and added it all around the window seal. Not pretty but cheap for now till I replace the actual glass seal.
