you will not find anybody that sells the skins.... however there are many venders that most likely will sell you the frame 
yeah a bit more than you most likely wanted to spend.... but... that's your only option other than make your own... and thats cheap, just a bit time consuming

Thanks for the reply. Ya, I was going to make my own. Hoping someone made one that had the OEM reliefs.you will not find anybody that sells the skins.... however there are many venders that most likely will sell you the frame

you can add the reliefs, just a bit more work, hammer and dolly on a form. A number of good vids on the YTube - Ron Covell, Fitzee Fabrication, Japhands (Make it Custom) . and probably some other very good ones out there.
+1 for make it yourself. You might consider making a few extra to sell. The local price of sheet metal is the prime consideration. Maybe they will have a piece big enough just to do yours, but if you want it cut out of a full sheet, it goes way up in price.
When I did my roof jack for my chimney, it was the same price to have my 4 pieces cut as to buy the whole sheet. I still have 3/5 of that sheet for other projects.
Some of the youtube folks are true artist - I have learned a lot just by watching.

In case anyone ever does this, I did end up making my own skins with reliefs. Below are pics on how I did it.
First, cut out appropriate sheet metal for replacement skins. Next, cut out card board for the correct relief size.

Next, traced and cut out relief on two MDF boards, like a sandwich.
Used 2x4s and bolts at the ends to create clamping pressure. Inserted the sheet metal to the correct location based on tracing.

I had an aluminum solid piece I picked up at a metal recycling yard (seen above). I used this as a form and hit it repeatedly with a hammer. Made a small chamfer on the end too. I used a metal plate under the sheet metal to provide the correct depth. Grinding the metal sub-piece so that it fit in the MDF relief took the longest time.

If I did it again, no doubt it would come out better. Only needed to fix one seat, and I was lazy.

Also, I did not show it, but used a pneumatic Harbor Freight punch to punch out holes around the perimeter to spot weld. That tool may have been the coolest part of the project.
What are the diameters of tubing for the seat frames. It looks like there are 3 diameters - for the back support, seat platform, and folding front leg. Is that correct?

Not sure on diameter of tubing. My tubing frame was intact. Also, this particular year seat did not have fold down legs.

After watching them hammer out body panels from scratch in @Blackknight1 build thread I know anything is possible if you really want it. Seats skins should be easy with a little practice.
