Now that we know how to remove scratches out of paint...
How do we get stone chips out of paint.
My hood and fender flares are full of stone chips. Many are down to the primer.
I have a touch up bottle of paint from Toyota. If I fill all the chips with it, how can I make it look COOD?

Once that is done, I need to get all the tiny pits out of the windshield???

I'd suggest pushing the truck so it faces a blind wall. Since this will most likely be it's final resting place you won't need to worry about finding some fingernail polish at the dollar store that matches kinda close but will peel in 3 months and need to be done again.

Well, I have a gallon of the "nail polish" so I can brush it on every 3 mo, as needed.

Kurt,
There is no really good way to do this but the best results will be had if you prep the chips prior to applying paint to them. either use a dremmell if they are fairly big chips or they make fibre tipped pens at auto parts stores for prepping under window gaskets and in localized repairs.

Consider them badges of honor. Seriously, fanatical Porsche owners raved about a product called Langka (or something like that) to put a very smooth finish to the chip. No experience with it.

Use a toothpick! Depending on how large each chip is to determine how much paint to be on the toothpick's tip.
