EDIT: It was the ECU-B fuse... which I hadn't checked since the windows, moonroof, etc were working. Cleared up all issues below.
While parked on a hill, I had an ignition lock and started moving the steering wheel back and forth to remove the lock. I had to put a lot of force back and forth on the wheel to get the key to turn but eventually got it unlocked. On ignition, the VSC trac, VSC off, anti ski, and airbag lights remained lit.
First I disconnected the battery to see if I could reset the computer. I may or may not have taken the terminals off/installed in the wrong order but I can't remember.
I now have a number of problems:

I now have a number of problems:
- VSC Trac, VSC Off, Anti Skid, and Airbag lights are still on (no check engine light). I did a manual zero point calibration (paper clip method) and drove for 5 minutes but still not resolved (I'm hoping driving for a longer time/distance may clear this up but not sure).
- The clock resets to 1am every time I turn on. Radio presets do not reset. Tried forced air to clean out ignition, no luck.
- Power door locks don't work on fob or on door switches. Power locks work on the door switches if the car is on. The power door lock fuse is fine.
