this probably qualifies as a sticky thread for me, as it will probably take me years to sell all these.

I went to pull out all my smog pump cores, but before I could get to them I had to move all these EGRs out of the way! So I finally bit the bullet and stripped them all down.

I am offering 1977 and newer coolers or valves for $150, 1977 and newer hardpipes or flexpipes for $75. 1974-1976 parts are slightly more. Discounts possible if you're buying other stuff at the same time.

No PMs please

Note: all these parts were pulled, shelved and stored indoors for the last 20 years. Not the same quality as what is being pulled off rigs with twenty more years in the elements.

After three solid hours of tearing these down, I started getting a little delirious. Is it just me, or do late model coolers look like the yellow submarine?

No opinions?

Slightly...maybe take a little break every now and then.;)

So true, so true. Right now I feel more driven than I have been in years. Current best estimate is to have business revamped by May or June next year.

Mark,
I need the best EGR cooler of your stash for a '86 FJ60. The one that likely has the least amount of INTERNAL rust.

Mine is blowing rust chunks up into the EGR valve, blocking it open and causing who knows what mayhem to the engine.
Can't take it to smog test until this thing gets replaced
I'll call you.
Thanks, Fred.

Roger that. Phone was off the hook last half hour while I crashed (started work at 6:15 today)

Thank you for your order.

Hi Mark,

Looking for an EGR valve for my FJ60 - 1984. Colorado emissions is making it tough.

Thanks,

Shanti
I have a note to check later today. Was out of town yesterday, and at a grand-nephews party now.

How much is it? I know it’s used but anything I need to do to before installing it? My current one keeps getting stuck.

Add $10 for shipping, so $160. Plug n play. I have 6 of them that were clean enough to hang on to. This is the cleanest of the 6. No carbon in the tube, which is what makes them stick.

Great, I'll take it, thanks. Looked around for payment options. Are you on paypal or venmo? Let me know what works.

PP FRIENDS AND FAMILY to 65swb45@earhlink.net. Include your shipping info in the memo box. If paid in the next half hour, I can drop it off at FedEx before heading to the shop. Otherwise, Wednesday.

I can not help you until the middle of the month. If you still need one then, give me a jingle. The answering machine is off until I return.
