I am after a complete 3B engine, rotary pump style

Aren't the inline and rotary different setups ? As in the lines and primer pump etc ?

Meaning if he was running a Rotary Engine now then he would want to stay with it ?

I thought 84 on they were all Rotary , is that not the case ?

Europe only used the rotary style from 1989 on , swapping on to the other is possible but the fuel filters are different and bigger issue is that the inline models have a vacuum pump on the alternator and the rotary not. If you get all the parts assorted with the engine it is not a big deal to swap from one to another but doing that much work I would swap a 1HZ/12HT or 13BT instead

I've got one in central MT with rotary pump and good comp #'s
could also include an H55 setup with B input shaft

You have mail

I can always bring a 13BT but they go for the same price as a 1HZ these days so why not put a 1HZ in ?
And that is how it begins lol.
What sort of $$$ do they go for ?

@joekatana is a GREAT enabler.

And down the rabbit hole ya go....

Agreed, at the same price a 1HZ is a nicer motor in many respects, but one reason to put in a 13B-T in is that it's a much simpler swap for a 3B, especially if they're of similar vintage.

And, yes, I know it was more or less a rhetorical question. :grinpimp:

A 1HZ/H55 combo goes for 6500$ engine alone probably 4500$

Ok let me know when you have some, maybe I can pick them up with the diff's you were getting me
