Update: well, it turns out they sent me a Lynol Radiator because they said they dont carry Koyo's anymore even though they have it listed on their site. That's some sub-par business practice right there.

I'm on a roll this week. 🤦🏼‍♂️ I received my "1917 Koyo Rad" from radiators.com yesterday and opened it up today to find this. It looks nothing like the koyos other members have posted on here. My guts throwing a bunch of red flags here. For one, there are bent fins/blades on it and a bent hose as they put it in a box that's too small. Then there's not a single badge from Koyo on it. And lastly it didn't even come in a Koyo box. I didn't realize I was buying from a black market site. Sheesh lol. I called and spoke to a representative who was stuffing his face with food and he told me to text him the pictures. I found that perfectly "normal"... So who has bought from them recently and who has bought a Koyo recently? What are your thoughts? Pictures below.

Went through the same hassle a few years ago with a Koyo rad and a seller on Amazon and didn’t want to mess with it anymore. I know plenty of guys have has good luck with buying a radiator online (Koyo and TYC) but it wasn’t worth my hassle.

Spend the extra few bucks and buy one from Toyota. You’ll “get it tomorrow” and can send it back if it’s banged up.

I called another place and specifically asked him if it was an actual Koyo and told him about what I just went through. He went back and checked and said it was. Let's hope I'm not getting bamboozled again.

Cannot speak to the authenticity of it, but I am pretty sure that the trans cooler nipple is supposed to be bent like that.
