Which rear bumper is this?

Anyone know who makes this rear bumper? (and is it still available?)

I know it's very similar to the one that Higgy's is now selling, but it's definitely not a Higgy's.

NVM - It's an Avid Offroad bumper. But I don't know if they are still in business or offering a rear bumper. The website I found only listed a front bumper for the 80 series. If anyone knows the current status of the business, let me know.
