I've seen slightly used ones for fairly good prices on EBay. Fully loaded Titanium with some additional adds for $26950 OTD in Tucson. Has 5k miles on it. Guy said he bought it for his business(R/E) and couldn't get people in and out the back seats that easily...Duh! Have seen some locally in NorCal going for $29K fully loaded. TRD SE edition has no reductions and dealers are holding the line for over MSRP.

In Wyoming,Idaho,Utah the dealers all have inventory and all prices are below MSRP. I drove one this week and one last week. Just like every other car and house in the US, there is inventory and it is beginning to turn into a buyers market. The exciting news is, as sales drop Toyota will release new verisions to stimulate sales. Unfortunately, I think we will see a Subaru "Baja" style pick-up bed (useless) long before a Hilux diesel or anything cool like that. I believe Toyota's goal was 85,000 Fjs this year, which they will probably hit. Sales will probably continue to slow through the third and fourth quarters.

I talked to a few dealers here in Utah. I have not had a sit down price negotiation, but with 7-8 FJ's on their lot, I think way below MSRP is very feasible.

Have seen quite a few on Dealers's lots. My guess is you could probably expect $1000-1500 below MSRP without much dickering...more than that and you'd have to find a hungry dealer and work at it.

Here in Orange County sales are out of control. There are Fj's everywhere, wer'e breading like rabbits. This rig is going to have more than a 4yr shelf life.

One of the local dealers here in Tucson has had a few of them on the lot for a while now. Markings on the windows say things like "loaded-must go". Including the one they had that was lifted and bull-bar'ed w/winch. That one sat for a while.

I don't think demand is down, I just think the supply is catching up with it, and there are probably dealers with higher inventories than they have had in the past. They won't start to give them away until the excess inventory starts to cost them money..and then they will ADVERTISE like is done with everthing that doesn't move fast enough.

Not that Little Rock represents any place else, but I'm still getting offers at stop lights because they are coming slowly to the dealers here.
