so ya. They told me Wednsday mine would ship by Thursday afternoon and arrive Tuesday and I would leave on Wednsday morning... Well it's Friday at 11:30 and still says "pending"...



Great price, not such great garuntee. Looks like I am doing my roadtrip with one HID and one halogen :rolleyes:
 
My only issue is that I have not received one reply to the 4 emails I have sent. Working in a legal profession, I prefer to do all correspondence by email. Therefor I have no clue if my change orders were received.

Hmmmm I will file this complaint on monday! Its not my company but they told me they were backed up on email!

Personally, I have had no issues with their email service, they always respond within a day. I will check for you guys!

they know my number, they know my name, they have $240 of my money. I know what I asked and they failed to ship it out 48 hours ago.


I'm sure they are busy, maybe I should just cut them some slack... :meh:

I included my phone number in my order and all my emails. :D

It's really irrelevant if they are backlogged. Sometimes you have to work more than a 9-5

always got an answer when I called up. I added the XB35 bulbs Tuesday. 4 days later nothing.


Whatever. I'll have them by next week hopefully. Well, lol, sitting outside my house for a week. Fabulous, just what I wanted. Who can I send $210+ to next?

Like Jon said, they should work longer than 9-5! lol obviously if they can have that many orders, they can pay overtime right?:D

You can use the 9006 if you just drill a random hole into the foglamp...some people claim that the HID bulbs are too long for aftermarket fogs so they just drill a hole and mount it sideways...I'm going to get the H3c HID bulbs(compact h3 bulb), theyre harder to find but they will fit the PROPER way...I think DDM has them...send them your beatdown old ones and get a replacement
 
I'm not worried about getting screwed somehow...Ive only heard good things about Matt and TRS. They're OK in my book for now, as this is a group buy. GBs are about value, not speed. However, if our orders aren't out middle of next week, they really won't have an excuse anymore.

This applies to all of us but 2000UZJ. If they gave me a ship date and didn't ship, I'd throw a fit.
 
why not call? when I called they answered and changed the guy changed the website right then to add the xb35 5000's.
 
I'm sure they will ship early to mid next week! Even DDM takes forever, and they don't do group buys lol so who gave the code away on the acura forum? lol I read about it earlier today in the taco forum, matt said he can only honor the code if it is the taco and mud forums
 
Are people really gripping because their email wasn't returned the second they sent it? Good lord. Give the dudes some time to fill the orders. Call them if you have to change your order. Don't get on here and blast the guys who are cutting us a discount after two days.

Not quite. I sent my first of several emails like 4-5 days ago. Not to worried about it though. I'll give em a call on Monday to get everything verified.
